Afterward, I developed a custom Python machine-learning application that significantly improved the false-positive and false-negative rates of an existing feature-engineered detection algorithm by approximately 98%. Before this training, AI/ML seemed like something full of complex formulas meant mainly for statisticians. The corporate AI training changed that perception by teaching machine learning in a way that removed the heavy math and made AI accessible for non-mathematicians.
